Laurice Reed is a recognized leader in the field of race equity. Given her expertise in industrial-organizational psychology, change management and project management combined through an innovative mindset, Laurice has been called upon to complete numerous highly visible projects to advance diversity and inclusion. With four years at the City of Minneapolis under the Division of Race & Equity, Laurice has served as a champion for racial equity and inclusion, eliminating institutional racism and cultivating an anti-racism culture across the enterprise. Coaching as a race equity subject matter expert, she has developed training for various City departments, facilitated employee engagement opportunities on trans equity and the intersectionality of race and public service. Given the historical inequities of race in our country, Laurice has partnered with neighboring organizations to increase cultural competency between community residents and structural systems using a methodology of fostering greater trust and understanding. Laurice’s experience and skill set, coupled with a deep devotion to embody racial agility, makes her uniquely qualified to coach organizational change in race equity.

Serves as the key strategist responsible for guiding efforts and developing long-term transformational plans for creating an anti-racist culture
Develop internal and external behavior change, including a performance management system that integrates race, equity and inclusion goals into individual and organizational performance
Partners with staff to create and implement communication strategies and content management for training, that focus on racial equity and inclusion.
